Controller-specific wiring supply
ECU Wiring Harnesses for LINK, MaxxECU, AEM & Haltech
Source ECU wiring harnesses separately from the controller, or request a harness package planned around your engine, ECU model and installation requirements.
LikedLinking can supply selected MaxxECU MINI and RACE, LINK FuryX and XtremeX, AEM F/IC-6 and F/IC-8, and Haltech Platinum Sprint 500 wiring options. Each harness is matched to its exact controller and connector revision. Tell us whether you need a loose flying-lead loom, matching plugs and terminals, a controller package, or a project-specific wiring arrangement.

Find the harness for your ECU model
All five groups can be requested as harness-only items. Matching plugs, lengths, accessories and work on a customer-specific layout are quoted according to the confirmed order.
MaxxECU MINI wiring harness
Order a MaxxECU MINI cable harness separately or with the MINI controller. A flying-lead harness lets the installer route power, trigger, injector, ignition and auxiliary connections to the engine’s actual components. Confirm the MINI hardware revision and the connector on the supplied unit before selecting a harness. See the dedicated MaxxECU MINI wiring harness page for harness-only ordering and pinout checks. The MaxxECU MINI controller page explains the related ECU package.

MaxxECU RACE wiring harness
The MaxxECU RACE loom is a separate ordering option from the MINI harness. RACE installations can involve more than one connector and loom: provide the exact RACE version and list the inputs and outputs you intend to wire. A compatible individual connector does not make two complete harnesses interchangeable.

LINK FuryX and XtremeX A/B looms
LINK’s G4X FuryX and XtremeX reference installations require A and B loom connections. We can quote these wiring components separately and discuss the pair for a controller project. State whether you need A, B or both, plus connector parts and desired loom length. Confirm the actual supplied controller’s generation and connector orientation, especially when comparing XtremeX with an older Xtreme. See FuryX and XtremeX.

AEM F/IC-6 and F/IC-8 harnesses
AEM F/IC piggyback controllers use wiring suited to their own module and installation. We can supply F/IC-6 and F/IC-8 harness options individually. State the controller part number and whether the order is for a replacement harness, an initial installation, or a project-specific package. Do not choose an F/IC-8 harness by the appearance of an F/IC-6 photo. Read the AEM F/IC-8 controller page for the matching engine-control context.

Haltech Platinum Sprint 500 wiring loom
A dedicated loom is available for a Haltech Platinum Sprint 500 project. The source listing describes a 1.2 m loom; confirm the length and condition of the actual item before ordering. For a legacy controller, check the physical connector, pinout, included accessories and supported software. This is not presented as a Platinum Sport 1000 harness. See the Sprint 500 ECU page.

Supply format
What can be ordered separately?
ECU wiring harnesses may be requested as a replacement cable, a connection set for an existing controller, or part of a new ECU supply. The line items below help avoid assumptions about what a photograph contains.
| Requested item | What we check | What the quote should state |
|---|---|---|
| Model-specific flying-lead harness | Controller model and revision, connector, length and wire termination | Harness type, length, supplied ends and quantity |
| Connector housings and terminals | Exact A/B or other port, pin family and availability | Housing, pins, seals and accessories listed separately |
| Controller plus harness | ECU identity, required looms and included communication parts | Controller and every included wiring item itemized |
| Project-configured wiring | Engine sensors, injectors, coils, actuators and retained OEM modules | Confirmed scope, drawings or pinout basis, and installation responsibility |
Quotation checklist
Send these details before we match an ECU wiring harness
Identify the controller
Brand, exact model, hardware version or serial, and clear photos of its label and connector face.
Define the engine
Vehicle and engine code, cylinders or rotors, injector and coil types, crank/cam triggers, throttle and sensors.
Specify the supply
Harness-only or ECU package, A/B or other connector, length, open or terminated ends, quantity and any custom wiring instructions.
Installation and pin assignment should be verified against the specific ECU’s wiring documentation by a qualified installer or tuner.
Buyer questions
ECU wiring harness FAQ
Can I buy a harness without buying the ECU?
Yes. The five listed supply groups can be requested as harness-only items. Send the exact ECU model and connector photos so the suitable part can be confirmed.
Will a MaxxECU RACE loom fit a MaxxECU MINI?
Do not assume so. Some connector families may have related parts, but complete harnesses and pin functions are model-specific. We quote the MINI or RACE loom against the particular ECU.
Do LINK FuryX and XtremeX need both A and B looms?
LINK’s G4X reference documentation specifies A and B looms. Tell us what is already installed and whether you need A, B or both. The exact supplied hardware is checked before confirming parts.
Can an AEM F/IC-6 harness be used on F/IC-8?
We list F/IC-6 and F/IC-8 separately. A visual similarity does not verify pin assignment or controller compatibility; send the module part number for the correct harness.
Can you prepare wiring to my requirements?
We can discuss a project-configured supply using your confirmed ECU, engine and wiring requirements. The quote will state whether it covers connectors, loom preparation, terminations or other specified work.
Request the correct harness for your ECU
Send the ECU model and photos, the vehicle and engine, the harness length and the wiring work you need. We will quote the standalone harness or an ECU and harness package with the included items clearly listed.
